As our shopping trip usually lasts about a week, you can safely expect your order delivery about a week from the start of our shopping trip. We will notify you immediately of any delays or hiccups.
Once your order is successfully purchase & notified, you have 30 days to make the final payment. If no payment received by then, your item & deposit will be forfeited.
You may cancel the order but the deposit will not be refunded. However, if you have used our service before and the item order can be resold, we can consider a 50% refund of deposit.
In any event we are unsuccessful in purchasing your order, we will make a full refund of your deposit. Eg. Out of stock, wrong specifications, price adjustments, bad weather & etc.
Our best bet is the country of origin. But there is no way of telling for sure due to the constant change in currency exchange rates and demands spikes. London, Paris & Milan are usually among the cheapest 5 destinations.
A trip to Europe can easily run up to RM10k per person. Our primary aim is not to make tons of money. We charge low fees as to subsidy our own personal shopping interests. Hey, we are shopaholics too…

No. We only accept original items, preferably complete with authenticity cards & original receipts.
This is the grace-period extended to the customer to make the full payment. Certain payment options such as foreign cheque and credit card installment plan take longer to process.
